Dr. Vie Super Conscious Humanity Initiatives in Africa focus on skills training and wholesome jobs to uplift lives of our children, youth, women and communities. During COVID 19 we focused on hygiene training to save lives. Since 2000 our programs have been funded by Dr. Vie, and Mama Vie. Now as we expand our reach to more villages and more locals.

About Our Founding Leader Dr. Vie
A Global, Multicultural Perspective in Community Health and Sustainable Development
Dr. Vie brings a uniquely global and multicultural perspective to community empowerment and sustainable development. Diaspora‑born in Africa and rooted in Indian heritage, her life and work span the USA, Europe, Canada, Africa, and Asia, shaping a cross‑cultural understanding of community needs, health systems, and development challenges.
With a background in scientific, health, and sustainable development roles, Dr. Vie’s expertise includes agri‑food systems, community development, public health, multicultural engagement, women and youth empowerment, and children’s mental wellness. This blend of scientific training and cultural insight informs programs that are practical, community‑led, and deeply responsive to local realities.
Dr. Vie has delivered hundreds of workshops and training programs across diverse settings, including schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, clinics, retirement communities, hospices, care centers, sports centers, houses of worship, nonprofit organizations, and major health associations focused on cancer, heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and addictions. These workshops inspire individuals of all ages—especially women, youth, and children—to participate actively in building healthier, more resilient communities.
The founder’s work also includes extensive engagement with schools for deaf and autistic children, supporting inclusive education and community participation. As co‑founder of the Cochlear Implant Wellness Collective, mentoring a young cochlear implanted Indian from Chennai, and Senegal cochlear implanted group. Dr. Vie has contributed to innovative developments in medical devices, and approaches in hearing‑health empowerment, family support, and community integration. She is also the author of books addressing hearing wellness, community inclusion, and empowerment for children and families navigating deafness, autism, and developmental challenges.
In addition to community work, Dr. Vie serves as a guest lecturer for students, offering real‑world insights into community health systems, sustainable development, agri-food innovation, and the role of multicultural perspectives in global health. This academic engagement strengthens the bridge between classroom learning and community‑based practice.
Today, Dr. Vie leads empowerment programs in Africa and India, focusing on vocational training, sustainable agrifood, community health education, and leadership development—helping communities build skills, strengthen resilience, and transform futures.

A World in Need of Human Understanding
Today’s students are growing up in a world shaped by AI, algorithms, and constant digital stimulation. They are connected to everything — yet disconnected from the human realities that define most of the planet. Many have not worked in underserved communities in local cities, or in under geopolitical tensions in crises in developing nations.
They know how to analyze data, but not how to sit with a family navigating hardship. They can write essays on global development, but have never stood inside a community rebuilding itself. They can scroll endlessly, but rarely witness resilience in real life.
This gap — the humanity gap — is widening. And academic leaders everywhere are searching for ways to reconnect their students to the world they will one day serve.

Real Work in Real Communities
Autistic Youth Food‑Development Program (Africa)
We trained autistic youth in food development, product creation, and vocational skills. Their products launched into a national food chain before COVID disrupted operations. This project showed what happens when inclusion meets opportunity — and how communities transform when youth are given real tools.
Performing Arts Programs (Africa)
In partnership with DC dance institute, we brought Kwanza dance performance programs to children in Africa.
During COVID, we inspired hundreds of children through virtual sessions, helping them build confidence, emotional expression, and joy during a global crisis.
Inclusive Education for Deaf & Autistic Children
We have worked with schools for deaf and autistic children, supporting inclusive education, communication, and community participation.
These programs highlight the importance of dignity, patience, and cultural sensitivity in development work.
Public Health & Community Development
Our work spans hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and community health programs.
We have delivered workshops to populations facing cancer, heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, addictions, and chronic stress.
