- Continue to increase and sustain you knowledge each day by reading, attending workshops, and expanding your information.
- Consciously use the VFF techniques in your day as you go about your work, within relationships and during quiet time.
- Spend 45 minutes to several hours or longer each morning in quiet meditation.
- Spend 45 minutes to several hours or longer each evening in quiet meditation before you go to sleep.
- You will find yourself able to meditate longer and more often.
Progress and Monitor Your Self
Over time you may find yourself dropping lower if you are overexerting yourself or spreading yourself too thing…but always return to CH 11 and 12 and reenergize. As a healer you will need to now share your energies with people around you as you begin to heal them also and be the healer that you really are.
Keep reminding yourself constantly about your journey and know that you have everything within you already to be continue to be empowered, all you need is to continue to be superconscious and continue to mindfully select your thoughts, words and actions to empty your Bag of Codes and generating happiness becomes a habit and experiencing peace becomes your religion. You have all that you need to live as an empowered being within you, you just need the extra support and guidance which is now right here for you.
