Inside the minds of 8000 brains, as I continue to motivate youth in Africa, once again demonstrated the startling reality facing our Planet Earth: our future is dependent on our youth of today.
As I motivate youth in mountain camps, in their schools and universities, in their communities and in their homes, they shared their fears, struggles, challenges, uncertainties and deepest hopes with me. They left the free sessions enthused, motivated and rejuvenated. One thing is certain: unless we address their challenges right away, we will be taking our Planet and our future down a dangerous path.
How To Motivate Youth ?
Today’s youth experience incredible pressure to compete and perform well at school. As they poured their hearts out to me, I shared my own teenage experience with them and they were reassured that they were not alone and that they had all the ingredients for a good life.
Now, deep in the heart of South Africa, I have addressed youth who were poverty stricken, who were the first in their families to go to school, who were the first in their families to reach Grade 12….who were the first in their communities to make it this far with all their limbs intact.
As they sat absorbed in my free workshops, many of which were outdoors within their townships, I lead them through a super brain technique that I had developed in 2004, and which I have shared with hundreds of thousands of humans of all ages, and which I share in my book Taming The Female Impostor: Book of Secrets to Rescuing Humanity.
After each workshop I am surrounded by eager youth who want more guidance and mentoring.

PARENTS ARE UNAWARE OF WHAT GOES ON INSIDE THE MINDS OF THEIR YOUTH
Strangely enough many educators and staff at the various organizations and institutions where I have been invited to address the youth, were unaware of the heart breaking fears being experienced by the ones under their care. Furthermore, parents are also unaware of the basic fears of their children. Why? Because the pressure placed on our youth of today have become the norm, and is now widely accepted as necessary to ensure success of our youth. Alas we are for sure barking up the wrong tree with this strategy while our youth are feeling helpless, lost, alienated, without self esteem and victimized as they struggle to fit into a modern world created by us adults.
But wherever I go, I sense the potential within our youth. Potential so strong that it reaches up and tugs at me. As thousands of little mouths say:
“Dr. Vie here I am with all my potential waiting to bloom and serve our needy world. I just need to know that there is hope for me. I need to know that I can do it.”
